Conference Rooms

Available for non-profit and legal purposes such as depositions, arbitrations, client interviews, and more.

In preparation for the library's move to its new location, the 401 Van Ness Ave. Conference and Seminar rooms will only be available to rent through the end of April 2013. Thank you.

Conference Room:

• table seats 10-12
• dry-erase board
• bulletin board
• easel
• water bottles available for $1
• $25 per hour (or portion thereof)
  • fees waived for pro-bono, drop in, or non-profit activities
  • payable by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MC, AmEx)

Seminar Room:

• can accomodate a maximum of 74 people in a variety of seating combinations
• speaker dais
• water bottles available for $1
• overhead projector
• other AV equipment coming soon
• $50 per hour (or portion thereof)
  • payable by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MC, AmEx) 

Hours of Availability:      

MONDAY-THURSDAY: 8:30 AM TO 5:45 PM
FRIDAY: 8:30 AM TO 4:45 PM
SATURDAY: 10:00 AM TO 3:45 PM
        Excludes holidays when the library is closed (see Holiday Hours for more information)
